Brices Cross Roads National Battlefield Site
The preserved areas of Brices Cross Roads Battlefield now include more than 1,390 acres. The national
park area consists of one acre at the center of the battlefield, but the new additions include paved trails,
interpretive signs and sweeping vistas of the field.

The monument is the centerpiece of the field.

Beyond the cannon can be seen the slopping
ground up which the Confederates advanced
directly against the Union guns.

Bethany Cemetery on the battlefield
preserves the graves of 99 Confederate
soldiers who died in the fighting.
